Holme and District Photographic Society

Holme & District Photographic Society welcomes new members, of all ages, including beginners

We meet on 3 Friday evenings in every month from September to the end of April at Holme Parish Hall.

The club covers most aspects of photography with the emphasis being on digital.

The format for our meetings varies from talks by invited speakers to member evenings where subjects such as Macro, Still Life, and Portrait photographic sessions take place with members using their own cameras and equipment.

We also carry out tutorials and demonstrations on specific aspects of photography.

We encourage members to improve their photography by taking part in our club competitions.

These are split into Novice and Advanced sections.

The club also takes part in inter club competitions.

Summer photographic outings are also arranged.
